Quality Assurance, Audit and Scrutiny
We take a variety of approaches to quality assurance, audit and scrutiny in order to reassure ourselves about the effectiveness of multi agency working across the partnership.
In 2023 - 24 we held several quality assurance and scrutiny panels, these are the published reports
In 2024-25 we have reintroduced a programme of multi-agency case audits in response to learning from local reviews.
The programme includes
- Neglect in large family groups
- Exclusion and suspension from school in relation to emotional wellbeing
- Sudden and unexpected death in infancy (SUDI)
The learning from the above will be published here and explicitly linked to the work of the learning and review group.
In line with the requirements of Working Together 2023 we are recruiting Independent Scrutineers who we anticipate will be supporting our partnership by November 2024.
