Quality Assurance, Audit and Scrutiny

We take a variety of approaches to quality assurance, audit and scrutiny in order to reassure ourselves about the effectiveness of multi agency working across the partnership.

In 2023 - 24 we held several quality assurance and scrutiny panels, these are the published reports

In 2024-25 we have reintroduced a programme of multi-agency case audits in response to learning from local reviews. The learning is explicitly linked to the work of the learning and review group.
