If you’re struggling with your feelings, you're not alone. YoungMinds have loads of practical tips and advice from young people just like you, as well as information on getting the support you need. They also offer Shout a free, 24/7 text messaging support wherever you are in the UK. If you need someone to talk to about how you’re feeling, text YM to 85258.
Mind Your Way has been developed in response to young people in Cornwall saying they wanted more information about mental health, emotional wellbeing and how to get help, find out what services are available locally, and hear from other young people sharing their experiences.

The Mix is a national support service for young people. They are here to help you take on any challenge you’re facing - from mental health to money, from homelessness to finding a job, from break-ups to drugs.
Headstart Kernow offers training courses and events, information, signposting, resources and more to help build resilience and mental wellbeing for children and young people.
Brook now offer a Wellbeing Hub in Cornwall (Truro) supporting young people aged between 11-24 to improve their own mental health and wellbeing. Brook Cornwall offers a wide range of free sexual health and contraception services across the county. They offer confidential services including STI testing, treatment, contraception (including long-acting and emergency), pregnancy testing, and specialist young people’s services.
Bullying can happen anywhere and be about anything. Childline offer advice about different types of bullying, and how you can get help and support.

Kernow Young Carers from Barnardo's supports young carers in Cornwall. You can find out more and refer yourself here. They also provide support for 16- 25 year old Young Adult Carers, to establish a life outside of a caring role.
