They also offer Shout a free, 24/7 text messaging support wherever you are in the UK. If you need someone to talk to about how you’re feeling, text YM to 85258.

Mind Your Way has been developed in response to young people in Cornwall saying they wanted more information about mental health, emotional wellbeing and how to get help, find out what services are available locally, and hear from other young people sharing their experiences.
