Inter Agency Referral Forms

Inter-Agency Referral Form for MARU Cornwall

Please refer to the Threshold Tool before making a referral

OSCP has agreed that all contacts with the Multi Agency Referral Unit (MARU) within Cornwall should be made using the inter-agency referral form. The form is in line with the requirements of Working Together to Safeguard Children and local procedures for sharing information, for use when you have concerns about the welfare or development of a child, including Child Sexual exploitation.
Additional guidance is included within the form notes.


Isles of Scilly Inter Agency Referral Form

OSCP has agreed that all contacts with Isles of Scilly Children’s Social Care should be made using the inter-agency referral form. The form is in line with the requirements of Working Together to Safeguard Children and local procedures for sharing information when you have concerns about the welfare or development of a child.


MACE Concerns 

All concerns relating to potential perpetrators of Child Sexual Exploitation and / or locations, venues or vehicles relating to actual/potential sexual exploitation of children should be made via the MARU referral process.
