Inter-Agency Referral Form for MARU Cornwall

OSCP has agreed that all contacts should be made using the inter-agency referral form. The form is in line with the requirements of Working Together to Safeguard Children and local procedures for sharing information, for use when you have concerns about the welfare or development of a child, including exploitation. Additional guidance is included within the form notes.

Isles of Scilly Inter Agency Referral Form
OSCP has agreed that all contacts with Isles of Scilly Children’s Social Care should be made using the inter-agency referral form. The form is in line with the requirements of Working Together to Safeguard Children and local procedures for sharing information when you have concerns about the welfare or development of a child.
MACE Concerns
All concerns relating to potential perpetrators of Child Exploitation and / or locations, venues or vehicles relating to actual/potential sexual exploitation of children should be made via the MARU referral process.
