Cornwall's new Multi-Agency Support and Safeguarding Hub (MASSH)
From 3rd August 2026
The Multi-Agency Support and Safeguarding Hub (MASSH)
is now the integrated point of access for children's support and safeguarding services
MASSH brings together the current Early Help Hub and Multi-Agency Referral Unit (MARU) into a single service, supporting our implementation of the Families First reforms and strengthening our Family Help and Early Support approach.
The aim is to provide a more coordinated response to children's needs through a single front door for help, support and safeguarding concerns
