Domestic abuse cases are expected to increase in the coming weeks due to the impact of Covid-19. Live Chat is a web-based support service that is available to victims in Devon and Cornwall 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Also available are informational videos with tips and hints for people living with domestic abuse on the Safer Cornwall Facebook pages.

People Hub is being introduced to provide practical support in response to the Covid-19 pandemic, offering information on employment, training and skills, and signposting for individuals in Cornwall. A telephone hotline 0333 0150699 is available between 10am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with an out-of-hours messaging service.
