My Team Around Me (MTAM) Level 1 - Online

This webinar explores the main concepts around ‘My Team Around Me’ and how we can introduce it to support and improve the effectiveness of multi-agency meetings. My Team Around Me focuses on strong therapeutic relationships, professionals working together to one set of goals and looking at long term stability as well as short term crisis management. My Team Around Me puts the service user at the centre of the support.

 

The training aims to empowers attendees to create a cohesive and responsive team around each individual, promoting better outcomes and holistic support.

This is a system wide approach, and a series of training sessions have been developed to support people to adopt and move towards this way of working.
