Multi-Agency Child Protection and Safeguarding Masterclass 10/09/2026: Strategy Discussions and Child Protection meetings

A practical masterclass on preparing for, contributing to and following up Strategy Discussions and Child Protection Meetings. It will focus on purposeful information-sharing, professional challenge and clear safeguarding actions.

Aim: To strengthen practitioners’ confidence in using multi-agency safeguarding meetings to make timely, child-centred decisions.

Outcomes:

Recognise the purpose and threshold for Strategy Discussions and Child Protection Meetings.
Prepare and share relevant information clearly and proportionately.
Contribute constructively, including respectful professional challenge.
Translate decisions into clear actions that keep the child’s lived experience central.

Cancellation Charge

Please note that with effect from 1^st November we will be introducing a cancellation charge of £75. This will apply to cancellations that take place 48hours or less before the start of the course or if you book a place but do not attend.
