Lunch and Learn Session: Introduction to My Team Around Me
The Lunch and Learn Session is an introduction to MTAM and working towards contiunous improvement in our approach with people with multipe disadvantages.
The MTAM approach is essentially a gold standard approach to multi-agency meetings which focuses on people’s strengths; on their relationships; and on wrapping support around them as a coordinated team to achieve a joint care plan with all involved sharing the risk.
