Ask, Listen, Act- A Tri-Partnership Event

Managers, leaders and commissioners are invited to attend this event facilitated by our 3 local partnership boards; Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Safeguarding Adults Board (CIoS SAB), Our Safeguarding Children Partnership (OSCP) and Safer Cornwall.

The event focuses on working collaboratively and in partnership with individuals who access services and reflects a shared commitment to ensuring that the voices of adults and children are sought, heard and reflected in the planning, commissioning and evaluation of services.

We are delighted to welcome Dr Trish Hafford-Letchfield, Head of School of Social Work and Social Policy at Strathclyde University and Dr Beth Bareham, Research Associate at Newcastle University as our keynote speakers. They will be presenting on the research and evidence base behind co-production, the value of this approach and how it addresses power imbalances.

During the lunch break there will be an opportunity to talk to experts by experience and local organisations about the work that is already being undertaken in Cornwall.
